Backup stops after 200MB
Hello,
Our Whm hosts big accounts (eg) 50GB. The problem is the backup.
Even if we start it manually, it stops after 200MB. Backup logs seem to be Ok.
Any advice?

check, the storage spaces are enough or not 0 -
Well, space is enough, HDD is 1TB, with 20% occupied. Backup starts and stops in about 200MB (in an account of 10GB) 0 -
For the 10G account that you mentioned, can you try running this on the command line as root? /scripts/pkgacct username
That will create a manual backup of just that one account, and may help you find an issue with the account that is keeping it from being backed up.0 -
Try it via terminal /scripts/pkgacct username if you are facing issues again then please shared the backup log 0 -
It works with SSH, but this solves the problem 50% as backup is taken to remote ftp and needs to be automatic. 0 -
Just to confirm - the pkgacct command worked well, but the automated cPanel backups that get created overnight are failing and not leaving any evidence of the failure in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup log? 0 -
Yes correct, also we got the same issue with manual backup of each account from cpanel 0 -
That's definitely odd - since you can reproduce the issue, could you open a ticket with our team so we can investigate this? If you do open that ticket, please post the number here so I can follow along. 0
