In Configuration Files I don't find FileZilla

I am new and sad! Because after several efforts, I was not able to connect FileZilla as an FTP server. I noticed then that FileZilla's not here. Can anybody assist me? Looking forward to hearing from you.

  The issue is likely related to the passive ports not being opened in the firewall. Can you check out the details here and see if they help?

  I always advice our customers using FileZilla to select Encryption: Use Explicit FTP over TLS if available. OR Use SFTP protocol (which is safer way).
