caught SIGTERM, shutting down after EasyApache Update
After the latest update, I continuously face HTTP timeouts on my servers.
My Apache log is full of the SIGTERM message.
How to resolve this issue ASAP?
-
The yum clean/install did not resolve the issue in my case unfortunately 0 -
I also have incoming notifications: The service "httpd" appears to be down (failed to connect to this service's TCP/IP port) 0 -
@dirklammert - I would expect another "yum update" to resolve the issues at this time. If not, please let me know! 0 -
After the first update last night, we run another update later today. The issue persists. We have a cPanel ticket with ID #94331988 no update yet. Fix urgently required. 0 -
@dirklammert - someone will be replying very soon to that ticket as I've made sure to give that some priority on my end. 0 -
Very much appreciated 0 -
I see we've replied so the process is started :D 0 -
After our team reviewed the issue, we found very low configuration values for ServerLimit and MaxRequestWorkers that were keeping requests from being properly handled. Once those are adjusted I would expect things to work normally, but this isn't something that would have been related to the recent update issue. 0 -
We use the event mpm so there was some confusion regarding the config values. However they are correct and the cpanel engineers are looking further 0
