University access issues

Hi, I'm trying to log into my university.cpanel profile to complete the refresher course, but it has me on a loop. I try to log in using my CpanelID and it says "Someone is already using this email address. Your email: " and then when i try to use just my email and password it still won"t let me know. Any suggestions please?

  To piggyback on the thread, so I don't need to open another. I am having similar login issues. I have emailed that address and nobody responded. Is there any other way to get a hold of the University folks?

  I emailed them a couple times since April, and have not heard back. I'm guessing the email didn't go through or something. It is telling me that my password is incorrect, but the password reset does not work.
