Hello uk01! Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the portal with this information on my end. Is there a link that you can provide so I can review these certificates more closely?

Hello again! Unfortunately, it appears this may not work as expected. I was unable to get this set up and functioning in my own environment. Additionally, it appears that we have an open case with our internal development team, CPANEL-33618, that affects cPanel iOS Mail Push Notifications. You can find more information on this case here:

Luckily we had a high sierra mac mini which had server installed. I managed to generate a new push certificate there, export and install in cpanel. It's now valid until 2022. I notice the link you sent says they are not working as Apple now only support http2. I'm not sure what format the one is I've just created but ios push email still appears to work ok in testing.

To update on this, as per the cpanel link above, mail is not updating automatically

Can you let me know what you mean when you say "mail is not updating automatically" - are you referring to a certain certificate on the server?

I mean that mail on an ios device does not update. Ipad is on 14.2 Iphone on 14.6 Mail shows say 5 emails, delete the 5 on desktop. Receive 2 new emails IOs and ipadOS still show 5 emails in the red dot. Receive one email with Gmail... ios shows 6 emails. Cpanel emails don't update yet they are all set on push and a valid certificate installed

Thanks for the clarification - I believe that is expected since this behavior is not working properly due to the case that Justin linked.
