Hey there! They would be compatible, but Litespeed has an even better option here:

Hi. Ok I noted that. And if I take package cpanel Litespeed and have to choose I am very ok to remove memcache completely from my cpanel.

If you wanted to try using that you do need to leave the Memcached packages on the server: "To use object cache, you can install the php memcached extension."

Ok so another question : 'Litespeed' OR 'Litespeed + memcache' is better ??

That's one you would have to test and find out for yourself - I never believe there is a "better" or "best" but only that there are many options to fit the different needs of different users.

I though you ll say Litespeed (as Cpanel have Litespeed package) ;) My need is very ordinary. Wordpress. Cpanel Solo. Private & dedicated. Voila.
you would have to test and find out for yourself

    Ok noted.

If that's the case I'd just try Litespeed itself first to see if that gets you the performance increase you're looking for.

If you wanted to purchase your license from Litespeed directly they do offer trials, but you'd need to contact them: Trial Licenses | Licenses | LiteSpeed Documentation

@riyadhtayf - I'm not 100% sure, as I'm not seeing any instructions on that here:
