That's definitely odd - if the option is selected in the feature list, I would expect it to show up in the interface. Are there any errors in the cPanel logs when you try accessing the account with the issue? 0 -

I didn't have anything specific in mind you should look for, but just tailing the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log while loading the cPanel interface would show any odd behavior. 0 -

:( ... oh, you know my experiences with they... 30 messages, 1 each 8 hours, last message (4 days after): "search a good SYS ADMIN" and of couse: nothing solved0 -
For that last ticket you submitted, as system administrator was the best way to go. For this issue, it does seem like there is an odd problem with the cPanel interface, so we can troubleshoot that. 0 -
