Error 599 internal exception

Hi All, please help. trying to transfer from Cpanel to Cpanel. It worked before but it no longer does. I can ping existing server that I am transfering from, but it gives me error. Looks like something to do with Perl Failed: Error while executing "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove". The "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/getremotecpmove www.aurarum.com.au:2083': Connection refused ) at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/532/lib/perl5/cpanel_lib/cPanel/PublicAPI.pm line 526, line 1

    For the reference of others... we just ran into this problem.

    Surprisingly, it turns out that the IP of the source server was blocked on the target server (as opposed to the other way around, which would seem more obvious).

    And it's from the target server, of course, that we're using the WHM transfer tool.

    Once we whitelisted the IP of the source server on the target server, it worked.

    So I can SSH into the source machine from my PC, but not from VPS. Connection refused. So something on destination machine is causing it

    please close the ticket. I have added the ports on the destination firewall and it all works now
