Could you submit a ticket to our team? I would have expected this issue to be resolved, so if you're still seeing this we'd like to take a look.

I am hiring the server from the reseller and having unmanaged server. I have wrote them a ticket about if they can submit the support ticket but still have not heard from them. Is there another way I can submit the ticket without login details for cPanel at cPanel ID ?

In order to contact our support team you would need root access to the system over SSH. If you don't have that level of access it would be best to reach out to your hosting provider for more assistance.

I do have a root access for the server. But don't have license number for cPanel - they have it. Can I open the support ticket with cPanel?

Thanks for taking care of that - one of our technicians found an issue with the DNS zone syntax as part of a cluster configuration, and gave you some additional steps you could follow in the ticket.

@Manlord - can you try running this command on the affected DNS zone to see if that shows any odd issues? named-checkzone domain.com /var/named/domain.com.db
That will check the validity of the DNS zone and make sure that area of the system is working well. If that doesn't show anything odd, it might be best to have our team check the system directly through a support ticket.
