Errors cpanel page says "No recent web server errors exist for your XXXXX.com"
My site has lots of 404 errors according to AWStats. But when I go to the Errors link in cPanel, it is empty. "Latest web server error log messages: " says "No recent web server errors exist for your domain: ".
I am under shared hosting and have asked my hosting provider to look into it but they do not understand my query. They keep asking me questions like "use the browser console", "enable php display errors" when none of it is related to it.
If you can provide some guidance to a possible solution, I can forward this thread to them. Thank you for your time

If you open AwStats at the bottom as far as I remember you could see to which URLs were visited exactly which ended up in 404 not found errors. 0 -
Yes, awstats gives a report with the URLs. I also understand I can do a grep on the access logs via SSH. But I prefer that appears on the Errors page as it is more user friendly 0 -
I'm also seeing some odd stats behavior that I don't have a good explanation for on my personal machine. I've asked our developers to look at it, but with the upcoming holiday, I may not hear anything for a week or so. I'll be sure to post some additional details as soon as I hear back. 0 -
