Horde is unavailable while the system is being upgraded. Horde constantly in Maintenance Mode.

Hello, The Horde Webmail of one of the accounts on a cPanel server is constantly in Maintenance Mode. This is the message when it's being accessed: Other accounts on the same server do not have this kind of problem at all and are able to access Webmail without problems. How can this be changed somehow? Thanking you in advance.

  Hey there! Usually this is the result of a lock file that wasn't properly cleared. Can you try running these commands on the server to clear that? rm /var/cpanel/.application-locks/HordeUpdate:username /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update_horde_config --user=username
  You'll just need to change the "username" to the specific cPanel user you're working with.

  @cPRex: Removing the lock solved the problem. The user is able to get back into Webmail again. I also found : UpdateHostname:username
  in the same path for the same user, which I also removed.

  I'm glad that took care of things. It might be worth checking the most recent update logs in /var/cpanel/updatelogs to see if there is anything out of the ordinary happening with the nightly updates.
