Deleted after installing NGINX.

Deleted after installing NGINX. However, after that, a random number.php file and a random number folder are created. Are the files with NGINX relationships? Should I delete it completely? Wouldn't this be a problem if I cleanly delete it? Please help me. Thank you.

  Hey there! Those files are not related to the Nginx service, or any cPanel services, so I am not sure what is generating those. It would be best to work with the admin of the site to see if there is code that is generating them automatically.
