Hey there! I believe this is an issue with the Contact Manager page in WHM, but could I get a copy of the full headers of this message? Just make sure to remove any of the private information in there, such as domains or IP addresses. 0 -
I did some additional research on this and created case CPANEL-37706 so our team can look into the lack of configuration for that notification. I'll be sure to post an update here once I have more details on that. 0 -
I'm getting this too. What makes WP try to update? Is this cPanel telling the WP do something? Updates were not installed for the following items: 1. These notifications are from WordPress Toolkit, which you'll find in the cPanel interface, usually near the bottom of the page if that section hasn't been moved. 0 -
Update - our team has added a WordPress contact option that will be released in a future version of 98 that will resolve this issue. 0 -
Update - this has been scheduled for version 98.0.6. 0 -
Howdy. I'm now up to 98.0.8 and I don't see a WordPress contact option anywhere. Perhaps I missed it? Thanks! 0 -
So it was there for a brief second, but we had to remove it as the way it was implemented was causing other conflicts. I've changed the status of this thread back to "in progress" and I'll be sure to post an update once I get one. 0 -
Any news on this? 0 -
Hello! I apparently don't have any updates at this time. 0 -
Hey! Any updates here ? 0 -
At this point we are not planning to implement the change. Our team found the contact system would need a much larger overhaul in order for third-party notifications like this to be handled properly, so at this time it is not being implemented. It's possible this will be included in future larger work in the contact area of the product, but as of right now this is not planned. 0 -
For anyone experiencing the issue, the following configuration change should do the trick. Go to WHM / WordPress Toolkit / Settings / General Settings / Manage email notifications and disable the option "WordPress updates available or installed". 0
