    Hey there! If you ping the domain from your local workstation, do you get the same IP address in response? This is just a check to confirm that the domain really is pointed to the same location as the IP:2083 that you're trying to access.

    That's the issue then - since the domain and IP address doesn't match, one isn't pointed to the correct server. In your case, it's the IP address. You would need to speak with the manager of the domain to make sure the DNS is pointed to the correct location.

    It's always better to use https if you can, but if you have root access to the server you can control this from WHM >> Tweak Settings under the "Redirection" tab.
