Email account got Sending Outgoing Email suspended automatically

Good morning, I have issue with one email account in my server. The radio button "Sending Outgoing Email" is constantly moving automatically into "Suspend" under cPanel > Email accounts. I don't see any API request made in logs which can cause this. Is there any automated process inside cPanel changing this value? Is there any relevant log I should check? I tried almost all logs

  Hi, i have exactly the same issue and i dont know why this happens... its like someone clics on "suspend account from sending emails"

  That's very odd - could you submit a ticket about this on a server where we can reproduce the behavior?
