Webmail Not loading

Webmails not working after changing the hostname. its automatically redirecting to cprapid domain.

  Hey there! It sounds like this is a DNS problem with the hostname. If your hostname was not reset properly or doesn't resolve, it can revert to the automatically-generated cprapid domain. Can you check the hostname on your server directly with the "hostname" command to see what that shows, and then check and make sure there is DNS configured for the hostname?

  Is your hostname resolving to the server IP?

  Yes, cpanel and whm loading with same hostname and its ping well. but webmail not loading service cpanel restart then it will work for 2 minutes. again its goes down.
