I am trying to login to my cachewall account to change the server ip address to install cachewall on the server, but the following problem appears for more than a month, is there any solution?

Hey there! cPanel doesn't have any connection to Cachewall, so I'm not sure you'll find much help for this particular issue on these forums. You may want to contact Cachewall directly, or reach out to your hosting provider for more details. 0 -
For Installing: rpm -ivh https://repo.cachewall.com/cachewall-release.rpm yum install -y epel-release yum install -y cachewall
To activate the Cachewall plugin, you will need to register at the Cachewall site with your email address. Once signed up, CacheWall license manager will immediately send you the access information. Once you have the key, Run the following command to activate the software:/usr/local/xvarnish/bin/activate --key (ENTERKEY)
Once activated, Login to your WHM, and then at plugins, you will now see the CacheWall. Click that, and that will take you to the configuration page. Set your desired configurations, and then you can activate the caching. Once this is done, you can then enter each cPanel account, and set caching on and off, temporarily off, and some other features. Let me know if there are any other problem!0 -

`The problem is in logging into my account on the CacheWall website and obtaining the activation key. The site has not been working for a long time and I do not know the reason. I wrote to support and no one responded.0 -

That seems to be a problem from CacheWall. Following can be the reasons if you are not able to login to your account:- Your IP Address/Subnet is blacklisted on that network for Login. In That case, try a VPN(As you told this is happening from 1 month, This should be the problem)
- Try Password Reset if maybe its wrong
- The error is from CacheWall. In That case, You have no other option than to wait for their support to respond.

So there is no solution to login to my account and remove the ip and change it to the new server ip? Have you tried logging into your cachwall account? Does it work with you?0 -
The Problems seems to be from their side. I am also not able to Login with my credentials. Also, as I can see from Debug, Their AWS CloudFront Config has failed and the site has some DNS errors. So You can expect that the support can only resolve the error. An error has occurred, please try again.
Maybe, Their AWS Account has some problem!0 -
