You can Increase the limits in CloudLinux LVE Manager>Packages>Default User (Default is 20 Entry Processes) To Reduce Entry Processes, You can login to the respective cPanel and Go to Terminal and use command top and check how many processes are starting and what can be the cause of the problem. Entry Processes is a User Level issue and not a cPanel/WHM Software issue as the processes are controlled by the End Users. Maybe, the script or Code installed has some flaws!

I just logged into cPanel. I don't see any link to Terminal. My host is HostPapa (unfortunately). Thank you.

John Nasta - your hosting provider can limit the functions that are available in cPanel.  Your account would need shell access and the Terminal feature enabled before you would see this in your interface, so if you're not seeing it you'll have to contact your host.

Thank you. I figured that the host probably blocked it. This isn't the first time that I've heard about a cPanel function that I don't have access to.
