When adding new cpanel account - User has No option to add/edit TXT Records in cPanel?

Hey everyone! SO i have a new WHM installed on my server and just added a CPANEL account for a new user. However the cpanel user can't add .txt records under "ZONE EDITOR" ( There is no option do to so) how do i enable this on whm level so that Cpanel users can add their own .txt records? NOTE 1: For this installation I'm still on 15 day Trial WHM NOTE 2:This is not my first WHM installation, i have a paid WHM subscription and that one users can add .txt records themselves. Any advice? THANKS

  Hey there! Inside WHM >> Feature Manager you'll want to make sure your specific feature list applied to those users has the "Zone Editor (AAAA, CAA, DMARC, SRV, TXT)" included.
