    Hey there! The first think to check is to try running this command on the server: /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
    If that doesn't resolve the issue, you'll need to reach out to our support team through a ticket to get this resolved.

    I have done that. It's telling me cannot read license file. I checked the verify site and it shows I have an active license. Free trial was even working and now I've bought license I can't access whm

    It sounds like the license has locked for some reason. You'll have to reach out to our team to have that adjusted as there isn't a way to fix that over the forums.

    When I try to give a ticket and I enter my IP address and id it shows an error. I can't submit a ticket
