cPanel / WHM 96.0.14 Apache Error

Since updating to 96.0.14 I have been hit with intermittent issues on All Domains. The server shows very low load, with no spikes in - Network Activity - CPU usage - RAM usage All sites cannot be accessed except the root hostname server admin is absolutely fine with no issues whatsoever. Initially I thought this maybe a DNS hosts issue however as it is affecting all domains using different DNS servers that can't be true. I tried restarting the local DNS server on that server to see if it was an issue there but that did nothing Also tried restarting mysql itself, this also did nothing. Restarting the server or PHP-FPM for Apache or Apache seems to resolve the issue for around 6-12 hours before it returned. Using SAR to look back through logs I see no spikes that are unusual directly beforehand either. Where should I be looking for the root cause of this issue ? Thanks

    Restarting the server or PHP-FPM for Apache or Apache seems to resolve the issue for around 6-12 hours before it returned.

    Have you checked your apache/php-fpm error log?

    Seems like a Firewall Problem or Service Down problem as your Port 80/443 is unreachable. Could you check and paste the following output: service httpd status
    If CSF is Installed, Disable it using: csf -x
    and try accessing again.

    Seems like a Problem in Apache Compiling. Go to MultiPHP Manager in WHM and Disable PHP-FPM and Enable CGI for All PHP Versions.

    CGI is already set as the handler for every PHP version, i've turn off PHP-FPM for all domains now.     The Line you mentioned seems to be user related and not a Problem in this case! Unfortunately, I cannot see your Server backend so I cannot suggest anything more. The best option left here is to Open a Ticket with cPanel and They will sort out your issues.
