No ModSecurity™ Domain Manager in cPanel

Hello! A customer needed to disable ModSecurity. We found that in one server, none of our customers have ModSecurity" Domain Manager icon in their cPanel. Looks installed and enabled in Feature Manager. I tried to reinstall and the problem persist. Any tip? Regards,

  Check Disabled in Feature Manager. Maybe you enabled it in default feature lists but also selected it in disabled list.

  Thanks! I don't even know that feature. This is not the problem, it's not selected in disabled list.

  If it's still not showing up after all that I'd recommend submitting a ticket so we can check it out.
