WHM Problem after Upgrading v98.0.2 (release)

    Hey man! This can happen if the update runs into issues. Can you try this to see if that resolves the problem? mv -iv /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/templates/menu/command.tmpl /root/command.tmpl.bak /scripts/upcp --sync

    I've already tried this and more similar things but the issue was not resolved. It seems to be only with version 11.98.0.2. I kept a Snapshot of the Cloud Server so I rolled back to 96.0.14 and the issue was resolved.

    Hmmmm...I haven't seen that come up with 98.0.2. I asked some other technicians as well and no one has seen this yet today. Any chance you could submit a ticket so we could do some testing?

    I kept a Snapshot of the Cloud Server so I rolled back to 96.0.14 and the issue was resolved.

    I did see that, but if we're not able to reproduce it on our side there isn't much we can do. If you can make a server that experiences this again we'd be happy to take a look.
