AutoSSL on 2 new subdomains in PENDING for over an hour since v96.0.14 upgrade?

Hi, is there something wrong with AutoSSL since v96.0.14 ? I'm not used to this, but now I'm trying to add 2 subdomains to a domain that's already AutoSSL'ed but those 2 new subdomains have been in PENDING status in AutoSSL for well over an hour. Normally, it takes only 2 minutes so I think something is wrong now, but I don't know what to check.     So after roughly 2 hours of waiting, it resolved itself automatically. I must admit that for a 210% pricing upgrade, I'm not super impressed by the cPanel service in 2021. There seems to be slowdowns in delivering SSL certificates and the WHM update procedure is kind of stressful. Anyway, it's all working now.

    Hey there! The logs you showed indicate that the SSL order was sent to Sectigo and was just waiting to be fulfilled. I'm not sure if there is much we could see on our side but if you could send me the order number or server IP address in a private message I'd be happy to check things on my end. Can you let me know which part of the WHM update procedure isn't going as smoothly as you'd like?
