DNS ERROR: DKIM (XID sykmaj) and SPF (XID bc5crb)

Hi everyone! I am new here. I just want to ask your help regarding the Error I encounter in Cpanel>> Email Deliverability DKIM ERROR: The system failed to complete validation of "domain.org""s "DKIM" because of an error: (XID sykmaj) DNS query (default._domainkey.domain.org/TXT) timeout! SPF ERROR: The system failed to complete validation of "domain.org""s "SPF" because of an error: (XID bc5crb) DNS query (domain.org/TXT) timeout! We are trying to connect/ migrate our emails to google workspace that we are trying to set up. I tried to look for instruction on how to solve this but i can't see any result. Hope you can help me out. Thanks in advance!

  Hey there! I see that your domain is not properly resolving as there are issues with the nameserver configuration. You can use a tool like intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health to perform a full DNS report, but as long as those issues are happening the DNS for your domain will not function properly.

  Depending on your level of access to the server, you may not be able to do much on your side. If you have root access to the server and you also own the domain name, you may be able to configure the nameservers to fix the issue. It would be worth reaching out to your hosting provider to have them check your server's configuration to see if the domain, DNS, and nameservers are all under your control.
