Is Sensu needed?

Sensu seems to take quite a bit of processor usage. What does it do, and can my server/WHM run w/o it? z

  Sensu isn't something shipped with cPanel/WHM.

  What @LucasRolff said - Sensu isn't something that is included with our product, so it would be up to you if you wanted to remove or disable that.
