The File Manager is normally included with cPanel, but it is possible that your hosting provider has adjusted the list of features you can see. If you are not seeing that when logged in to cPanel you would need to speak to your host to see if that is something they can enable for you.

  WHM > Featured Manager. edit and enable the file manager.

  You will be able to access WHM > Featured Manager if you have root or reseller level access. If you only have shared hosting with cPanel interface access, you will have to contact your hosting provider.

  ???? qwe111 ?? sajithgsm ? kodeslogic ???????????????? cPanel ?????????????????? WHM ?????????????????????????? Why does a cPanel account have missing features (icons)? However, if you don't have access to WHM, you would need to work with your hosting provider, as cPRex originally mentioned. I hope that this helps.
