Unable to connect with SMTP to send mail

Unable to connect to my mail server to send EMail from my local EMail client. I've unset every option I could find, and I STILL can't connect. Pls Help............Thanks

  Hey there! We would need a bit more information in order to help you diagnose this issue. Are you getting an error in your mail client or on the server side? Are you able to connect to the mail server at all, or does the port seem to be blocked. Once we know that we can provide additional information.
