  Hey hey! Step 4 is the place that copies the correct variables into the user account. Did you get any errors with step 4 that could indicate a problem with this?

  If you only have cPanel access and not root access to the system, I would not expect steps 1 through 5 to work at all. It would be best to reach out to the hosting provider so they can check the configuration on the machine.
