Irix mode Off to get average of CPU%
Hello everyone.
I'm having a hard time to toggle the irix mode Off for the top command. I actually used a configuration file (.toprc) where Mode_irixps=0 and it works fine in the terminal.
But i'm trying to make this confugation file works in WHM in the Process Manager page where the CPU% usage of process is displayed (like the top command) but as a multi thread server the values are misleading.
I guess the Process Manager call another script. Is there a way to display the cpu% values calculated across all the cores of the CPU? Like the solaris mode of the top command?
Thank you!

Hey there! You're correct in that there is more to the interface than just the "top" command being pulled and displayed. I don't have a way to adjust that on my end, but this would make a great feature request if you'd like to submit one using the link in my signature. 0 -
Hello, Thank you for your answer, I opened a request like you suggested. I hope it will get somewhere. I will update that thread if the request pass the moderation. I genuinely understand that this is a bit more complicated than just change a configuration file. And i already have a workaround, not the ideal but it works. It's more like a "comfort" feature than trully essential. Have a nice Day! 0 -
