Primary Domain (No Valid Certificate) - Used Free SSL Cert From Cloudflare

Hello everyone Recently, I've installed a free SSL certificate from coludflare on the Apache server, but I see an error shows this message. However, the site shows a secure connection. Do I need to configure the webserver or there is something else I have to do? Thanks.

    Hey there! That error message is letting you know an older, self-signed certificate still exists for that user. It might be easiest to delete all SSLs associated with that account and then reinstall the certificate from Cloudflare, which would ensure that is the only one on the domain.

    Thank you for your quick reply. Just to confirm, the SSL folder in the home directory has all SSLs, doesn't it?

    Yes, I would expect that area to have all the SSLs for the domain. I wouldn't recommend removing that directory manually, as it would be best to use the cPanel interface to add and remove certificates to ensure they get properly applied to the Apache service.

    You're right! But I should mention that I have two domains associate with this account. When I delete all the certificates and re-install SSL from cloudflare for a particular domain showing in the image, the problem still exists. I switch the WHM to another domain and I see there is a self-signed certificate that has been expired. I uninstall it using Cpanel interface, however I found mydomain.com has no SSL certificate. I can feel the issue coming from the second domain I have. Any thoughts?

    I also see my browser is giving me the Cloudflare warning of the host not having an SSL installed on the webserver side. In cPanel, each domain gets a secure virtual host created as that allows our AutoSSL tool to run properly. so it's possible there is an issue where some of the domains under that account are not secured if you are using a third-party certificate. It might be best for us to examine this issue directly on the machine so we can see the status of the SSL certificate(s) in real time. If you are able to open a ticket with our team, please post the ticket number here so I can follow along and make sure this thread gets updated.
