    Depending on if they are using JetBackup V4 or V5 the snapshot may work. V4 is in cPanel backup format. A JetBackup snapshot is simply a point it in time backup instead of a scheduled one. If you can download it from the old server you 'may' be able to use that to restore.

    Can we use Jetbackup Snapshots for Restore on Other Servers? (We can install Jetbackup on the new servers)

    You'd have to ask JetBackup support if you could do that (and how to do it). I was just thinking that if it's JB V4 that is already in cPanel backup format, so you could use WHM to restore.

    I spoke with JetBackup just now and they confirmed you can restore a snapshot to a different machine.
