FTP issue

I am getting the following error when trying to connect via FTP to my site any help will be appreciated.

  Thank you for your reply sir, we tried the above but the issue is still there.

  Did you confirm the passive port range is open in the server's firewall? You wouldn't be able to test that with nmap as the ports are only used during the active FTP session, so nothing is listening on those and waiting for a connection at all times.
