Subdomain error "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

Hi, I created a subdomain and installed a Moodle, but it can't be found. There is a wildcard domain active in the cPanel account, would that interfere with the search engines trying to find it? Any help is much appreciated.

  Hey there! Search engines finding a site functions differently than the DNS system not working properly. I would recommend scanning your domain's DNS at intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health and fixing any issues that are mentioned there, and then things will likely work how you expect.

  Thanks, I check you suggestion, but intoDNS checks only for domains, which the result its OK for the domain. I'm still dealing with how to make my subdomain with the Moodle app installed by using the installatron on cPanel at Godaddy. Any other suggestions?

  It's still worthwhile to check that the main domain doesn't have any DNS issues that would be preventing a lookup of a subdomain. If you ping the subdomain from your local workstation, not the server, do you get the correct IP address in reply?
