403 error when installing epel powertools - CentOS 8
This is a new CentOS 8 server I have rented and I'm trying to install CPanel from the command line.
The instructions say to download cPanel & WHM from this link:
file (this particular file is no longer present in this location):
Then the installer aborts. epel is already installed on this server (by the installer apparently), and Powertools repo has been enabled manually using
How should I proceed with the installation?

Hello there! We did see some reports of the error previously, although we've seen instances where trying after a few hours allows the install to complete. It's currently unclear what exactly is occurring. I think it would be best to open a support ticket so that our analysts can review the issue more thoroughly and determine what exactly is occurring. Hi, thanks for your reply. You were right, when I retried the installer a few hours later, the installation succeeded. I don't know if this had anything to do with it, but I closed and opened another terminal session as well. In particular, downloading the install script again did not fix the problem.0
