    Hey there! From that particular location where you are experiencing the issue, can you telnet to ports 2082 and 2083 to ensure they are open? You could also watch the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log file while you try and access the system to see if there is anything helpful being logged.

    Thanks for your reply, I ran a telnet on the domain and the ports and get a connection refused on the server and on my windows machine I get this error C:\Users\Owner>telnet domain.com 2083 Connecting To domain.com...Could not open connection to the host, on port 2083: Connect failed, I opened the ports in the firewall on my server to no avail. Should I open the ports on my gateway ? right now I just have 80 and 443 ?

    It sounds like that is the issue then - you'll want those ports open on any device that is between the workstation and the server.
