How to enabled "Setup Nodejs App" ?

May I know why my cpanel no have "Setup Node.js App"? I have installed nodejs10 in my another cPanel default have this software.. now i cant see after installed nodejs10

  Hey there! This feature is only available on systems that use the CloudLinux operating system. You can see that specified on the Feature List page here: Feature Manager | cPanel & WHM Documentation
