Hey there! Do you have the ea-apache24-mod_reqtimeout module installed through EasyApache? If so, could you try removing that to see if that changes the behavior? 0 -
Hey there! Do you have the ea-apache24-mod_reqtimeout module installed ...
Thanks for your help. No I don't have that installed.0 -
I am also seeing the same Cloudflare 520 error on a different website that is on a different server: [core:error] [pid 24482] [client 123.456.789.119:0] AH00524: Handler for application/x-httpd-ea-php74 returned invalid result code 70008, This issue seems to have arisen since upgrading to whm 98.07 0 -
I don't see any recent Cloudflare cases on our side - could you make a ticket with our team so we can investigate this? If you are able to do that, please post the ticket number here so I can follow along. 0 -

Yes I can do - it's not really a cloudflare issue though - that is a symptom. What could be causing the 70008 error?0 -
70008 is just the code for partial result, but that doesn't really give us the "why" behind the problem. 0 -
OK thanks. Yes, I appreciate that fact. Today I ran "security advisor" and it told me that there was a kernel update available - and some outdated executables were needing an update. So, I have undertaken these tasks and will see if that resolves this issue. I am sure in the past, I used to get an email to notify me that kernel update was available / or perhaps there used to be a system update warning in top right of WHM.... am I imagining that? Is there no way to know if kernel update is available, other than either checking manually or subscribing to yet another paid for service (kernel care) ?? 0 -
Let me look into this and I'll let you know what I find! 0 -
So I did some testing with this and found that we do post the "You must reboot the server to apply kernel updates" message in the top right of WHM, but there isn't a message showing the kernel update is available. We actually exclude kernel updates before either rpmup or sysup runs as part of our nightly updates, just to ensure there are no conflicts when a future reboot does occur. 0 -
Thank you for the confirmation. It would be good to enable an email notification - is that something that's available ? Seems pretty important to be able to know about this. 0 -
There isn't currently a notification available for that, but you could submit a feature request using the link my signature to let out developers know that is something you're interested in. 0 -
Thanks - I made sure that got approved earlier so it is live now. 0
