Setting up Name Servers

Hello sorry if this has already been posted, but I was not able to find anything that would help a noob like myself. I am trying to set up the name servers on my server right now, I followed the instructions on

  Hey hey! The nameservers would need to be pointed to the public IP of the server. Since private IPs aren't routable on the internet, that wouldn't work for nameservers. Most registrars just have a box where you enter the nameserver name and the IP address. If you need us to check specific DNS settings it would be best to make a ticket with our team so we can take a look directly at the affected system.

  Hi again! I think I am going to try and go through the documentation one more time make sure I followed everything correctly and if so Ill put a ticket in. Thanks again for your help!

  I see were we able to directly check the DNS and recommend additional steps for the nameserver configuration in the ticket.
