The CA Root Certificate is not trusted
I keep getting warning emails every day about my cpanel site "In order to qualify for a hostname certificate, the server"s licensed hostname must match the current hostname. The system scheduled a license update to synchronize the hostname. If successful, it will attempt to acquire the SSL certificate for the hostname"
When I check the certificate on the address bar, it shows an error of "The CA Root Certificate is not trusted"
Been working on this for a few hours. Where do I need to go to fix this? Haven't been able to find anything on google or in the forums just yet.

You have to contact from who you bought the cPanel license and ask them to adjust the cPanel licensed hostname to your current server hostname which you can see in WHM under hostname option. 0 -
As @andrew.n mentioned, I'm wondering if this is an additional requirement from where you purchased the license, as licenses are usually just linked to IP addresses. Do you get any odd output if you manually run /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt ? 0
