    Hey there! cPHulk monitors the following services:
    • cPanel services (Port 2083).
    • WHM services (Port 2087).
    • Mail services (Dovecot and Exim).
    • The Pure-FTPd service.
    • Secure Shell (SSH) access.
    so if you blocked a country, those are the areas of the system users from that country would not be able to access. It does not block access to the websites on the machine. Let me know if that helps!

    That is mean if someone have mail account on blocked country he cannot use the email?

    That's correct - if the user was in a country that was blocked, he would not be able to authenticate to the mail server.

    Unfortunately cPHulk doesn't have that fine level of control - it would either be blocked from all the services, or none of them. You can always submit a feature request using the link in my signature if you'd like to see additional levels of control inside cPHulk.
