CPSRVD Killing Memory

Hey Everyone, Every 24 / 48 hours I'm having to run /usr/local/cpanel/cpsrvd in order to lots of instances of cpsrvd which max out the RAM on the server. I'm not sure if I've done something to cause this, or if it's a bug or error but can anyone offer any insight? Kindest,

  How much ram you have on the server?

  It would definitely be odd to have cpsrvd cause RAM or CPU issues on a system. Knowing how much RAM the machine has would be a good first step.
