  Hey there! It looks like your domain is being protected by Cloudflare, so you would need to reach out to them to see why the DNS is not being handled properly. You could also try temporarily removing the Cloudflare protection to see if that allows you to access things normally.

  Thank you for your interest i disable Cloudflare protection, i disable Development Mode, But the problem persists

  Thanks for the additional details. Are you able to reach port 2082 and 2083 on the server from your location? If not, the pages will not load properly. You could check this from a telnet test from your local machine to the server's IP with this command: telnet x.x.x.x 2083
  where "x.x.x.x" is your server's IP address.

  It sounds like your IP may have been blocked by cPHulk or another security service as you don't seem to have full access to the server. If you can access SSH as the root user, can you confirm that cPanel is running normally with this command? netstat -lpn | grep 208
