SMTP_BLOCK keeps turning ON

I don't know what's triggering my SMTP_BLOCK but after a few hours of manually turning it OFF in ConfigServer Security & Firewall, Firewall Configuration, it turns ON automatically by itself. How can I turn it off indefinitely? I have PHP Page that uses PHPMailer to send email using smtp.office365.com, it only works when I turn off the SMTP_BLOCK.

  I don't understand how CSF would change any settings by itself, but maybe you could leave it ON, and use SMTP_ALLOWUSER setting.

  If you're seeing odd behavior with the CSF tool, it would be best to reach out to their support team directly at ConfigServer Technical Support as that software is not something that is included or distributed by cPanel.
