    Hey there! The most likely issue the WHM >> cPHulk tool has blocked their IP address:

    Hello, Thanks for the quick response. I have checked under the cPHulk Brute Force and there was no blacklisted IP addresses, but I have added it to the whitelist. I won't be able to check if that helps til tomorrow when the client is back in work, but will this override any blocks that are caused by too many incorrect password entries for their emails? Thanks

    It's possible the IP address was already removed as the cPHulk blocked does get cleared automatically. But yes, if that was indeed the issue, having the IP in the whitelist will get things working.
