    Here was our reply to the ticket: "I reviewed your conversation with Mae and it appears you had submitted your application at applications.cpanel.net. All application submissions are reviewed by our developers who are assigned to the site. One of our developers will review your application submission once they are available to do so. As this is a process, it can take a day or two to complete the review. Once the application has been reviewed, they will follow up with you via your email associated with your applications account for 'email@domain.com'." Just to clarify, we would never point a user to the Forums for official support once they are already working with us directly through a ticket.

    It's been a long time since I submitted my application. Still, I didn't get a reply on the status of the application submitted. Hence I raised a post in the forum to get replies from experts.

    Hi cpRex, In the cPanel Apps catalog, if need to update the Site24x7 description, how can I do it? And I even claimed that I owned the Site24x7 app list. I couldn't see the any edit option to update the description. Please help me in this regard. -Muralikrishnan
