error ssl cpanel The provided dcv_methods is invalid

I get the error The cPanel Store returned an error (X::Item::Validation) in response to the request "POST ssl/certificate/whm-license/90-day": The provided dcv_methods is invalid after I use command /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts because has a change hostname and wants to use SSL Cpanel Inc.

    Hey there! Usually there would be another line or two of output that shows the DCV method that was used and how it failed, such as not being able to access the random.txt file name on the system. Do you also get that output?

    Thanks for that output. Just to confirm, if you try pinging the hostname does it point to the correct IP on the server?

    Yes, IP shows correctly.

    before this, I had a problem with the license too (Cannot Read License File To access the interface, you must install the license and ensure that the license is active.) after I inform the Cpanel support team to unblock the license it looks like the problem (The provided dcv_methods is invalid ) was solved too. thank you for support.
