Terminal tool - Error: The WebSocket handshake failed

Hello - hope you're well. I'm trying to access the Terminal tool inside cPanel. I get this error: Error: The WebSocket handshake failed at 9:47:43 AM. I'm not using a VPN. I have tried with both Firefox and Chrome. Rebooting my PC didn't help. I have tried to login from both of these URLs: I have used the terminal in the past with no issues. Can this be fixed? Thanks!

If you are using CloudLinux or an unprivileged LXC container, the following articles may help you resolve this issue: LXC Container If neither of these articles applies, I recommend creating a support ticket with our Technical Support team so they can take a closer look at the issue.   It looks like our team found a conflict with Enginetron that could be partially to blame for this behavior.
