Can't add a CNAME required by AWS
Hello!
A customer need to add a CNAME record by request from AWS to validate a CRT by DNS.
When we try to add the record WHM it says:

Hey there! Our team is actually looking for some additional details on a similar issue. Could you open a ticket with our team and reference case CPANEL-38311 so we can do some more testing with this? If you could please post the ticket number after it is opened that would also be helpful. 0 -
Done, ticket ID: 94373418 0 -

Thanks so much!
You welcome, one question. Meanwhile can I edit the zone by console?0 -
Sure! But if you could hold off until we complete our testing that would be ideal. I'd hate to see confusion caused by multiple people editing things on the system as I do see one of our technicians has logged in already. 0 -
No problem, we wait. 0 -
Our team found that it wasn't related to the issue that I thought it could have been, but we did make an improvement case with our developers for the user interface issue you ran into. 0 -
Thanks! I only wonder how my customer was able to create the incorrect records. Maybe in an older version of cPanel? 0 -
That part I can't say, as I'd really just be guessing. An older version is a good guess, though! 0
