error with transfer tool
hello,
i'm having an issue with the transfer tool and addon domains, it creates the subdomain, the dns zone but the addon domain is not added, the error shown in the log of transfer tool is: Failed to restore the domain "domain.xxx": Sorry, An error occurred while adding dns zone: Could not store zonedata for domain.xxx on host Could not remove domain.xxx from the Bind configuration (named.conf) on host Configuration may be in an inconsistent state on host ,
both server are updated and same configuration, does anybody has an idea what it could be?

It seems the BIND named file has some inconsistency. You can try to switch to another name server software under Nameserver configuration in WHM. If you still see the same issue have a look at logs to see which entry is causing this issue exactly. 0 -
this is the error log, it doesn't seem to be the error and sais not much to me, i looked in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error.log is this the correct log file?
